Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Dua Form LLC (“Dua Form,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with this website (duaform.com). We are a mobile app development studio based in Norwalk, Connecticut. This policy applies only to our marketing website. Mobile applications we build for clients are operated by those clients and governed by their own privacy policies.
Information we collect
The Dua Form marketing website is a static informational site. We do not require accounts, do not host login forms, and do not ask visitors to submit personal information through forms on this site.
When you visit duaform.com, our hosting provider automatically generates standard server logs. These logs may include your IP address, user-agent string, the page requested, the referring URL, and the date and time of the request. Logs are used only for security, abuse prevention, and operational diagnostics, and are retained for a limited period by our hosting provider.
If you contact us by email, we will receive your email address, your name (if provided), and the contents of your message. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry.
Cookies and analytics
The Dua Form marketing website does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party advertising or behavioral-tracking pixels. We may use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (for example, the number of page views). Any such analytics are configured to avoid collecting personally identifiable information and are not used for cross-site tracking.
Third-party services
We use third-party infrastructure providers to host this website and deliver email. These providers process limited technical information (such as IP addresses for request routing) on our behalf and are contractually required to protect that information. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Client mobile applications
Mobile applications that Dua Form develops for clients are published by, and operated under the brand of, those clients. Each such application has its own privacy policy provided by its publisher. Nothing in this Privacy Policy applies to the data practices of those client applications.
Children's privacy
The Dua Form marketing website is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
Because we do not collect personal information through the website beyond standard server logs and any voluntary email correspondence, there is generally nothing to opt out of. If you have emailed us and would like us to delete your message and contact details from our records, please write to us at support@duaform.com.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information transmitted to or stored by us. No method of transmission over the internet, however, is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
